Pilgrimage Program - Fri 20th to Sun 22nd August 2010

All attendees must be members of their respective clubs and therefore insured.
Cost will be $25.00 per adult with an early bird special of $20 (if paid by 8-Aug-2010).
Children under 18 – free
Fees will need to be mailed in with the appropriate registration form.

Friday 20th
12:00 noon onwardsRegistration of arrivals and setting up camp.
7:30pm - lateWalks sign on sheets available.
8:30pm - lateSupper - soup, coffee, tea etc (BYO Mug and Chair).
8:30pmPresidents Meeting
Saturday 21st
6:00am onwardsRegistration of arrivals.
7:00am onwardsStaggered walk departure times.
Throughout the dayCoffee and Tea available. Self-guided orienteering course will be available. Non-walkers may like to take advantage of visiting some of the local scenic spots.
7:30pm onwardsBush Dance. Band O' Coots at the Crows Nest RSL. Supper provided. (please BYO cups)
Sunday 22nd

7:00amBuy and sell your wanted/unwanted bushwalking/camping gear (please have all items clearly marked with price and your name)
9:00am - 11:00amBush Olympics
11:00amAnnouncements
 Handing over the boot for the 2011 Pilgrimage
